Was told two hours to go over rv. Was given 40 minutes. Was not offered overnight stay. Was skipped in a $ 2000 paint warranty that I had no idea I was given. Was told to be there promptly at 11 as to not waste technicians time. He didn't show up til 11:50. I'm female driving this on my own. Feel very unprepared.

We had an amazing and positive experience with the purchase of our 2020 Airstream Interstate 19 from Dixie RV at DeFuniak Springs, FL. The service department in Defuniak, Fla (with a special testimony to Bob) is the best for getting your RV repaired. I needed to replace a couple parts. Bob ordered them, got them in and scheduled me for repair all within three weeks. When we arrived to drop it off, (thinking we'd have to leave it for a couple weeks) Bob informed me they could do it right away.
