Our original coach was not able to be delivered on schedule due to a manufacturer's mechanical issue. Our Outfitter and Sales Director substituted the same coach but a newer model year at an unbelievably fair price, likely at cost or a loss to the dealership. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and can't wait to hit the road with our new RV.

Everything went pretty smooth until I got ready to leave and noticed the propane tanks were not even attached to the camper. The screws holding the tank bracket to the trailer were all sheared off. Had to go back in and find a service guy to come out and fix. They did this right away but this could have been very bad if I had not caught the tanks not being attached. I'm sure propane bottles being dragged under a camper would not turn out well.

At Dixie rv in Hammond, Louisiana yesterday for some work on the trailer. Seen Ryan ****** service rep. Took care of all my needs. Was done in a little bit over a hour. So a good place to get your work done.

Chris ******* held our hands through the kinks and orientation with patience and knowledge.
