Even during construction it still “feels” like Disney. The construction doesn’t overwhelm the place and my family loved it here! Terrific pool area and incredibly helpful staff as always at Disney! It has a great secluded feel and it’s very quiet. We would stay here again!

Just amazing
This resort was great even though it is undergoing a major refurbishment. Every cast member was awesome and so accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
Housekeeping stole personal toiletries, went through my stuff in my suitcase, and I found one of my bras fastened up and shoved under my bed which wasn’t me. Why are staff touching and moving and fastening up underwear and looking through and taking personal items? Not to mention that the construction work is really noisy, apparently jet washing the floor in front of our door is appropriate at 2am, and housekeeping knock on the door every morning at 9am sharp meaning you can’t sleep in if you want to.
