We love it!!! Our 3rd time this year! We having been staying here for years. Love the same bartenders who know us by name and the awesome people that work there.

We liked the resort and the food was great, however, the bus service is TERRIBLE!!!! Wait times were up to an hour which is ridiculous. I may not stay at this particular resort again because of the lack of timely bus service. The grounds are beautiful, and remind me of several of the resorts I stayed in while visiting the Caribbean.

Room was mostly nice. Shower was a little weak and the ceiling fan was way off balance (I realigned the blades and it was fine after). Bed was comfortable, TV was sharp, and I didn’t hear much sound from the outside. The central market area was undergoing renovations so was cordoned off. They really should run more busses though, if you’re staying in Aruba which is the last stop, the busses may be full before they get to you. Overall a good experience, and would recommend to others.

THANK YOU DISNEY WORLD FOR DOWN GRADING OUR ROOMS FROM PIRATE WATER VIEW TO STANDARD AFTER SPENDING 12K FOR 8 PEOPLE FOR 5 DAYS. THANK YOU FOR GIVING US 3 FILTHY ROOM. HOUSE KEEPING FINISHED CLEANING ROOM AT 10PM. WHAT A GREAT MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.

This was NOT a Disney style experience. There was a minor blip saying the resort was being renovated. It also said our room was handicap accessible. What it didn't say was that there was no tub, the bathroom door slid open while you were going to the bathroom, there was no where to get food at 11pm when we arrived, there were tents and constriction vehicles, trucks whizzing around at all hours...and the room didn't even have a luggage stand or a microwave. With no dining hall within walking distance, I couldn't heat anything... read more

Too big. Would be better Resort for drivers. The process of getting in and out of Resort takes too long. Theming was good.

I liked the decor but it was SUCH a hassle that we couldn’t get our cups, that the custom house was SO far away and the worst part- we paid for a pirate room but it was on the 2nd floor & no elevator... so I had to lug a stroller up and down the stairs with my toddler in tow. It was extremely difficult for me, I have MS and never experienced it limiting me until I came to this resort. Moderate pricing, economy accommodations. I loved Mousekeeping!

Definitely the worst resort that I have stayed at in a very long time.
