Nice resort with ‘ok’ rooms. Currently the only place to eat is in a temporary catering tent due to some pretty major redevelopment work going on. The food offered is dreadful, the tent freezing cold. However, because of the upheaval we receive a $75 per day allowance to spend any way we want - without that I’d be seriously complaining about this situation. Would I come to Disney again? You betcha! Would I come to this resort again? Nope. But it serves a purpose and the bed is fairly comfortable, so for that I give it a 4.

Great place to stay. Love the beaches and pool. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to stay here in the future.
Aful place baby cough skin infection and we had a 1,000 other issues
I do love this resort, truly. My wife and I were transferred here from our original resort (Port Orlean-Riverside) after we found out that our room was going to have a connecting door (not good for a honeymoon). The staff at Riverside, namely Nathan and Mary Kate of the Front Office team were extremely helpful. They apologized, and asked if we would mind staying at another resort; the Caribbean Beach Resort. I am a frequent Disney patron and have stayed at Caribbean beach in the past however i will never stay here again! Our last 2 stays have been horrible. The construction at the present time is considerable and they should have shut the resort down or compensated their guests in some way. The food situation is ridiculous. You either eat in a tent or a guest room they turned into a food station. Yes a room. And the bus situation is even worse. The resort wasn’t bad. However, when I pulled the sheets back on the bed on the morning, the mattress pad had stains on it as if it had not been changed in who knows how long.
