Me quede en la habitación temática, nuevas limpias y muy lindas. Camas d d arcos, la nevera era un barril. La Prada del autobús estaba muy muy cerca. No pude disfrutar el Hotel porque todo el tiempo estaba en parques. Pero es súper chevre el lugar. La alimentación si se toman el plan de alimentos Disney como lo tome, se reserva en muy buenos Sitios fuera del Hotel.
Normally stay at Port Orleans and switched it up this time. We really like this hotel, the construction is a little confusing to figure out where stuff is so we haven’t spent any time eating here, but the Jamaica is beautiful, the rooms are great size and mousekeeping responded very quickly when we called them! The bus attendants in the morning are a great touch! Really helps keep the stress level down
Lots of construction the dining hall is a tent. One thing I noticed was a 2 to one on the busses from other resorts meaning while waiting 30 to 40 minutes for the every 20 min bus you would see 2 pick ups for Swan and Dolphin or wilderness, felt like second class citizens.
Loving it here, ALL the staff a very polite and helpful, ask them a question and they knew the answer. The site is beautiful and clean. Construction is underway in some areas but it's not spoiling the atmosphere or the view. Well done Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, be proud of what you are doing.
Beds are really too small for two people. We were aware of the construction on property and limited dining options before check-in, so we made accommodations. Staff was GREAT!
We stayed for a few days of spring break. Overall, not a bad resort. The rooms are average. THE STAFF was VERY Courteous and FRIENDLY!! Although the resort is undergoing renovations, it was not a big hindrance to our visit. The down side was to buffet. Not up to Disney standard. They did not keep up the buffet in relation to it's guests. Mashed potatoes were on point, and the curry shrimp was great! However first visit no turkey.
