I understand the construction, but the rooms themselves are not great. The first room I walked into had someone else luggage. Second room was fine, but USB outlets did not work. Now staying at Pop Century & Peter more over Caribbean.
Outstanding service, especially change in accommodations by manager, Chris. He also helped this novice with Memory Maker
We have stayed at several Disney resorts and this has been my least favorite. The lobby is unwelcoming, the resort is so spread out that it’s hard to get anywhere. The internal shuttle system takes up to 30 minutes to pick you up and the rooms are very outdated. I feel like I’m staying in a motel that has the price tag of the Ritz.
Yes no food court but it did have a Buffet for breakfast and dinner an maybe lunch but we were at the parks for that.Me an my family will be happy to come back here!!!!
All around nice resort,great for walkers an runners, clean an pleasant atmosphere
Slowest buses ever. Maid service did not refill coffee packets or body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Called front desk to ask if we could get more and she hung up on me. sat here about 45 minutes for a bus 3rd day in a row and have seen the art of animation bus come three times and still haven’t seen ours. Very disappointed for what we paid.
Beautiful room decor comfortable bed. That is the best I can say about this place. Long wait in the cold for the buses (over one hour)
beautiful surroundings..makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean...music playing around the resort..great pool bar
