Rooms are comfortable, views are nice, good transportation options. We usually stay here and have never had a bad experience!
Beautiful property even with the construction. I didn’t realize the food options were so limited. Our room was not updated and we had some issues which I have emailed the General Manager about. All the CM’s were very nice and the lifeguards were awesome and friendly. Housekeeping less then desirable.
nice rooms.....clean....convenient to tram....room service quick... pizza is good.... maintenance very quick.....employees were all very nice.
It was a nice stay overall! Construction is not an issue with noise or inconvenience. I think the room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, there was dust on things and trash behind the table with the coffee pot, but otherwise no issues.
Beautiful resort. Quite too, when you need to get away from the madness of the parks.
Super helpful guest relations. Good selection of vegetarian options! Awesome main pool. Access to skyliner is incredibly helpful and fun
the skyline is great, so quick and easy to use. perfect to get to epcot and Hollywood studios. pool is fantastic, the whole place is visually stunning. staff are so friendly and helpful. our pirate room was so much fun. we loved everything about this resort.
Easy access to the parks. Atmosphere was great!
Construction all over the place i expected to have great breakfast every day at resort but we were eating in a tent. Cant believe i payed that much for a resort that was not even operating.
