How can you go wrong with Disney? They make it impossible! Love it!
The food options were sparse...did not meet Disney expectations and not sure they cared.
Absolutely beautiful I would highly recommend it
Rooms are simple, some might say basic (no wardrobe!) and on the small side but adequate. Food options are however not acceptable in our opinion largely due to refurbishments. Eating in a tented area, with limited food options is not our idea of a vacation. We have stayed just four days so far and exhausted the same daily (limited) breakfast buffet options and our guest who is both vegetarian and gluten free is really struggling! I expected more from Disney, but was delivered less. Un-satisfactory! �
Comfy room. Beautiful views of the lake. Clean. Helpful staff. What’s not to love?
Nice room nice resort.. I don’t mind the not cleaning or changing my sheets while I’m there because I usually do not use those services.. for people staying longer than one night.. there should be some type of trash service, and it’s a large resort we were far from the main pool. Otherwise pool and area and grounds are nice.
Very nice and helpful staff. Helpful with navigation from start to finish.
First impression was at the front gate. Should have realized it then. When we asked security which general direction to head to our room he responded with “you have a map don’t you?” We made our way to the back of the resort, through layers of construction. Very small room. Carpet had crackers and small bits of “trash” when we checked in. No way it was vacuumed. Paid extra for a “view” but still am not sure what that view is supposed to be.
