Close this place down, shame on you for treating a police officer with no respect.
My family and I have spent a lot of hard earned money at Discount Tire specifically at this location, but after learning about your out right disrespect for LEO we will never step foot at this location again. I'm even embarrassed to have tires with road hazard coverage currently on my vehicle with your company. If I do have problems with them I will go out of my way to go to another location to get them fixed or replaced and will express my disgust for your location and inconvience to their management. After the disrespect to our police officers. My family will never shop here again. Piss poor service. What a disgrace.
I have received all my tires from the lake worth location and received great service everytime. I love the service and the staff has been professional everytime. The staff is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. I will never get my tires from anywhere else and I think the incident that occurred was a isolated incident. One bad experience does mean all customer service is bad, let's not rush to conclusions to judge them based on this. Every customer experience should be treated equally and is important.

I am so disappointed on This day to hear of such poor customer service against an officer that protects your store and employees daily from crime. You need to hire more professional people not punks. Customer service is the bang that makes the buck for you! ! Never going here .
