Never again will i shop at not just this but ANY discount tire due to the lack of action by management address this issue! There are way to many competitors out there to award your business with additional revenue based on the actions of those that represent your brand!
You need to investigate and come down like a load of bricks on rude employees. An apology is inadequate.
I need tire for my truck and car ..... I was looking at prices and places. But after seeing and reading what you did to a police officer I will not be going to you! Also if yall ever get broken into or robbed at gunpoint please please do not call the police!! After all there not worth your time right?
I have only bought my tires from discount tires in lake worth since 2008. However, since the blatant act of disrespect towards a police officer who came in for service was shown, i will be taking my business somewhere other than discount tires!!! We back the BLUE !!!

I'm extremely disappointed in the disrespect blatantly shown to a Police Officer that came to your location. If that's the kind of employees that you hire, I'll no longer be doing business with you either. And I'll be sure to tell every Police Officer, Firefighter, Paramedic, and Nurse that I know. We stick together. And we stand behind our brothers and sisters in blue.
To hear how your employees treated a police officer is totally ignorant!! Y'all should be ashamed and embarrassed to say the least! I have always bought tires and fixed flats with discount tire since I started driving. I will NEVER do business with a company that allows this and tolerates this.
