Very friendly, got me right in on Labor Day special, only took 30 mins to put on 4 new wheels and tires. Awesome customer service.
Great experience! My 1 year old and I only had to wait 45 minutes for a new tire. All of the workers were very friendly and accommodating. The free water is very nice! The only recommendation I have is to possibly offer free wifi for customers since the wait is usually pretty long!
We have three vehicles. Bought new tires for all three last year. Got great service. Sales guys always work to get me a good price. I have never had a bad experience at this Discount Tire. I don't understand the bad comments. I have never had an issue. Neither did my husband even when he walked in.....in uniform.
Usually really busy, and a little bit of a wait, but they do a good job!

Takes over 2 hours just to get a flat repaired and it was a bring in single tire already off the car? Hire more people, open more bays or dont lie to me upfront telling me going to take 15-30 mins and Im here till close...sorry wont be back guess was good wasnt getting 4 tires put on...bs
(EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW) One of the managers I believe he said his name was Clay (I'm a bit hard of hearing) got in contact with me today and they are replacing the broken center cap for me. I've never had such amazing customer service!!! Loved it until today when I went to get my tired rotated, balanced, and a flat fixed the center cap on my rim literally fell off my car as they were backing it out of the dock. The guy tried saying it was already broken but I know for a fact it wasn't.
Fantastic Customer Service! They found the size tires I needed, picked them up from another store and as promised got 4 new tires mounted and balanced in an hour! They now have a customer for life! Thank You Guys.
I will never shop at DT. They refused to rotate my tires. Tried to strong arm me into saying my car was unsafe in front of my grandson. Tried to say my tires were bad even tho' they only have 22,000 miles on them purchased from DT and rotated by them all the time. Then they tried to sell me the most expensive tires. I left because they still refused. But they have not heard the last of me. I do not react well to scare tactics and high pressure sales. This was at the Plano location.
