They fixed my tire, but the young man that helped me was rude. Was it because I am a woman. He did not think it was flat, even though it was just as flat when the nail was removed the previous day. Not as good service as in previous visits.

I have been here on 3 seperate occasions with a nail in my tire just to be told they cannot fix it and I will have to buy a new tire. 2 times I came back just to give them another chance and see if they would treat me the same. Yes they did. I will never go back. They assume because I am a woman I will throw money at them. I took my tires to a different repair shop and they had them fixed within 5 minutes and never said it wasn't fixable.
I will never step foot in this place again! Stopped in this morning as I had a screw in my tire and needed it fixed. Gentleman informed me that I had locking lug nuts. Looked for key in tool kit, center console, and glove box and said it was missing. He told me I needed to get a key from dealer. So I took his word and called dealership and it would be two weeks before it would arrive. Come to find out I opened the tire tool kit and it was right on top! What a liar!! Never again! Have bought tires at this location since 2006. I have never had an issue with service outside of not having tires in stock, which I fully understand. Everyone has always been friendly and courteous towards me and went out of their way to help.
Service personnel were great. Had a short wait, Happy with results. I've used them since they open at Lake Worth.
