Nothing against the employees but this particular location is always behind. Plan on spending half the day there. Even with the appointments, you're gonna have a long wait.
I wont be buying new 35"tires there anymore.Went in with my new truck with big tires and they wouldn't balance them for free like every other time before today..They lost my business

I will never go back to this location. My wait time just to talk to a team member was around 20 minutes then to get my car serviced was over an hour and half. I left my car there thinking I would get a new tire because I had two screws in my tire with one of them going through a patch they had already fixed in the past. When I returned to pick up my car, I told a team member I just needed my car keys and again I still waited over 20 minutes. Efficient , friendly, even though it is a Long wait, but that also tells you they are in serious demand.
I had a great experience today. I called on Saturday and ordered the tires i wanted and they said that they would call me on Monday and let me know they were in. I got a call Monday morning and I said I would bring my truck by at 5:30. They installed them within an hour. Brian was very helpful and a really nice guy. Thanks for the great service.
