Went to another location and had slow leak fixed. Had nail in the tire and they plugged it. Went on vacation and the tire leaked the whole time. Came back and went to Lake Worth and they found they had missed plugging the actual hole and gave us a new tire. Outstanding service and waiting is part of the process not a problem. Thanks for taking care of a returning customer and great service . Tires weren’t under warranty they just did the right thing.
have bought 4 different sets of tires dorm them and have yet to be disappointed.
I bought my tires at this location 3.5 years ago. I went in today with a slow leak. I know I need a whole new set, but wasn’t ready to spend the money. They fixed my tire and replaced the sensor at no charge. I went in without an appointment and was there less than an hour. I’m very pleased and will be back as soon as I’m ready to buy a new set!
Don’t go to Discount Tire in Lake Worth if you’re a woman! I brought My car there, I was speaking to Jared. As soon as he saw my husband, he stopped me, in Mid Sentence, to talk to him. I will not go back to this store. Extremely disrespectful. That’s my car I drive, I was driving when the tire blew out, I pay for it as well as the bill for the new tire. ✌️

Yesterday I came in to buy tires. Jared waited on me and did a good job, but told me I'd have to wait 1.5 hours to get them put on my car. So we set an appointment to have them put on today. I arrived a little early, an attendant quickly took my keys and invited me to have a seat. It's now over 2 hours later, and I'm still sitting here waiting. Spare tire is not reinstalled under my Suburban properly! Now I’m going to risk loosing it to take it back! Very disappointed that I’m going to have to take my valuable time to return for something that should have done right when I was there!
