Was in for a Balance and rotate .They said it would be a short wait , after 2hrs i asked about my car and they still have not touched it. Not a way to treat your customers.
Recommendedsaid it would take 45 min to a hour. Custer came and went. It too 2 hr. poor customer service.

Their customer service is above and beyond any other merchant I’ve ever dealt with. Today I had a flat on my new car. A friend got the tire off for me and the spare on. I went to Discount expecting a 2-3hr wait because it’s Friday of a holiday weekend. Less than an hour later my tire is fixed and I’m on my way. There’s a reason our family buys all our tires from Discount Tire.
I’ve always purchased my tires from Discount Tires, never had a bad experience, until now. I had two Hankook Ventus tires on my 2017 Mustang that were constantly leaking air. Jorge S at Discount checked them over. He came and told me they both had screws in the sidewalls, can’t be repaired. I asked to see the tires. They scratched up my rim on a show car. Million excuses no action. Take pictures before u deal with then If you do deal with them caution
I was pretty upset to find a nail in a fairly new tire. Luckily I was down the street from the Lake Worth location. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted and after a short wait, Josh quickly begin to fix my tire. While he was repairing the nail hole, one of the managers, Ken, came to ensure I was being taken care of. John also stopped to check on me. I went to discount tire last week in Lake Worth knowing I needed one tire changed. The lovely guy inside was super nice and checked the tread on my other tires. When it came down to getting the actual tire changed, it turned out I had to replace another one due to the tread on the inner side being badly worn. I walked in there only expecting to pay for the tire I knew was flat, so financially I knew it was going to hurt.
