I was in today with a simple flat repair. I was immediately told upon finally having a rep come out to write up a ticket, that the shoulder of the tire was to worn to service it (it needed a nail pulled and patched in the center of the tread). The edge of the tire was barely worn mainly due to the leak as it was a slow one I elected to drive it up there rather than swap it for the spare. I paid for a 60k warranty for no flat tires. I went 42k and one completely blew out. After having it towed bc I don’t have a donut, they told me they wouldn’t warranty it bc I didn’t rotate my tires there. Then they tried to sell me a new set and another 60k warranty!!!!
