I have updated this from 3 to 5 stars due to the fact that Ryan was gracious enough to reach out and apologize and his willingness to compensate me for my having to clean my truck. Bought new tires for my car they found a bent wheel. Brian was great found 2 used wheels available. We ordered it and when it arrived it was the wrong finish. So ordered the other and when it came back it was also the wrong finish. Mind you the new wheel would have been 800+ to replace. Brian found them at 570. Which was a great deal. I even looked around myself. That being said. I opted to but 4 new wheels and returned with an appointment made on a Saturday and my car was complete and sitting off it the side. The salesman was nice but after calling ahead and being told the tires were here and $67 each then getting her 30 mins later and being told they don't have them and have been out of stock. So I had to purchase a tire I wasn't looking to buy but 2 flats and 2 no tread I was in need. Yes the salesman lowered the price from $97 each to $75 and that's great but being told ay noon you will be out by 130 and at 105 I'm being told there's 3 in front of me still and 2 not in the bay still. So glad I made an appointment cuz they are super busy on Saturdays (lots of young men working super hard). Wanted Michelin but they were out of stock. I got Pirelli instead & love them - very smooth & super quiet ride plus a $70 mail in rebate!! I replaced my original tires from July 2012 that had 67,000 miles. Very organized place on a Saturday!!
