Bought new tires in Jan 2015. Got a punction and they charged me 64.00 to replace. Originally cost 70.00 new and only use 18,000 miles on a 50,000 tire. They brought up prorated warranty and how it was free. Doesn't feel free. Firestone replaced my tire when I was with them for free. Different warranty. Going back to Firestone. Plus they were apathetic. They didn't care. Oh well my mistake for going to discount tire.
They're always nice and courteous, something that seems to be missing from most places. They always seem honest and not just trying to sell me something. I won't go anywhere else.
They didn't have my size tires after we called and had them ordered. .but Chad made it right he up graded our tires for less..thank yall
Great and fast service. Customer Service - excellent.
