Discount garage door company to me is number 1. They called right away and came out gave me a quote. They called promptly if there was a delay. The installer Cody was very polite and top notch with answers. I highly recommend Discount Garage Doors.
Chris Wood fixed our old garage door in 30 minutes! He showed up right on time, was effiecrnt, respectful, friendly and helpful. He walked us through everything he did and even came back at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night to make a few adjustments to fit our preferences. Will definitely go to them for any of our garage door needs in the future! 10/10 would recommend!
Called on Monday night about 8pm was told they could get to me by 10 am on Tuesday. Edward showed up on time and was very professional. Chain drive was fixed in less than 20 minutes and the door travel adjusted so the door would not slam when it closed. Price was in line with the work. I am very pleased with the service and will use Discount Garage Door again. Will be recommending DGD to all my Heyoka Storm Riders Group here on FB.
After calling a few other companies, Marilyn was the first person I spoke too that was friendly and didn't make me feel stupid. I decided to use discount garage door because of her.
