Last year our garage got off track and wouldn’t close. Because of the security issue we called one of the big name companies who could come out within an hour. They were not local, had a ridiculous quote, and used high pressure sales tactics. I called Discount Garage Door and they came out right away and did the whole repair for a fraction of the cost. We also used them to later replace both garage doors. They have been prompt, professional, straightforward and competitively priced. A+ all the way around!
This is a trustworthy and dependable company. I was extremely satisfied.
Told us that they could not fix our door and would cost us around $750 to replace. We had another company come out and they were able to fix for around $150.
Just had a guy from Discount Garage Door come give me a quote for repair. He quoted me $234 to replace the rollers. That seemed like alot, but since he could fix it immediately I went ahead without comparing prices (as it's a hassle to schedule and be present, etc.). Then when I got home, I called a couple of other garage door repair places and found out that both of them would have done the same job for just under $100 (parts are about $15). Buyer beware.
Very professional. They arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. They even took the time to check our garage door for any other problems. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone.
My garage came off the tracks on a Saturday of course and I called Discount Garage Door and they were able to come the next day and had it fixed in about an hour or so! Edward was super nice and professional 🙂 Thanks guys!!!
Our 24yr old opener started opening and closing when it wanted. Called these guys on Tuesday, was scheduled for Thursday with a 2 hr window for service time. Michael called 1/2 hr ahead, also got a text and email he was on his way. He replaced the opener with a Genie opener. Now all is quiet and secure! Great customer service from the office to the installer. Good job guys!
Bill was excellent to work with and the work by the staff was top quality! We are very happy with our doors!
