I called Friday morning before the memorial day weekend spoke to someone about having my garage door fixed the same day because it was off-track and I couldn't put it down They came out and fixed it the same day... very reasonable.. very kind and helpful.. I highly recommend them!!!

I called Discount Garage Door at 8 am and they had a technician out later that afternoon. Eddie and Cameron had excellent customer service. We thought we needed a new opener and Eddie told me he could repair it and have it running like a brand new one. He did just that and was done in less than hour. If you have issue and are not sure call Discount Garage Door first.

Randall came out this afternoon to replace our broken spring. He explained the different size/weight (we had a single spring, he recommended two springs). He let me know that if one of them were to break, we'd still be able to open the door. Also was sure to tell me about our warranty on the new ones. He was able to get it taken care of rather quickly for me. Didn't leave a mess and even took the broken spring to discard. He was very polite and professional.

Customer satisfaction all the way!! The story is too long to write, but after a long debacle with a simple perimeter seal (3 seals and 6 or 7 appointments later), the owner took the issue over personally and showed up himself to make sure the job was done right! The seal was mostly a non-functioning issue, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new wifi garage door. Kenny was amazing throughout the process! Care and concern for customer satisfaction!

Torsion spring snapped today after church. Called the office and was quoted over the phone. Got an appointment for the same day! Jay arrived on time with a smile (8pm on a Sunday). No after hours or weekend charges. Problem was fixed in about an hour. Price I was quoted was very reasonable and was about half of other quotes I received. Customer for life.
