I was trapped in my garage because the door wouldn't open and I had locked myself out of the house from the garage entrance. I managed to get the garage door open a quarter of the way and got inside. I placed a call to Discount Garage Door. They set me up with a technician the next day, New Year's Eve. He was on time for the appointment and called to let me know he was on his way. I've had Discount Garage Door out twice now. Once to replace broken springs and once to install new rollers and perform a tune up on my door. They did an excellent job. Their reps are professional and quick, and their prices are reasonable. My door has never sounded so good.

scheduled an appointment over a week ago. the day of, my fiance got told there was a scheduling issue so the technician would be out the next evening. well the next evening at the last minute, the technician conveniently calls with a "flat tire" and can't make it out. so once again rescheduled. well today at the time we were told they would be here, they are once again a no show. according to them, they had to switch technicians and that technician just got to the job before us and "didnt know how long it would be." so we ju... read more
