Amazing customer service, we are down visiting from Canada. Our daughter and son-in-law are here. They were in desperate need of a new garage door, in the house they just currently purchased, not only did they do it with in 2 days ( so we could see the end result) since we were paying. Door came off its track so I remembered the ads & the huge dog too. I got a quote within 24 hrs, decided to replace an old opener too. Within 36 hrs, I'm back to operation. They scheduled the next day between 2 hr window, ended up 2 hrs EARLIER and was done within an hour. Edward W. was our serviceman he's very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He handled the job very proficiently. Would recommend their service. Love my new opener, Thanks DGD!

Our garage door lifter jammed and we were afraid it would cost a lot of money and time for repair. We called Friday and Randall came out Saturday. He worked quickly and was kind and professional. Took time to explain the problem and gave us options for solutions. He not only fixed the issue but also fixed other things we didn’t even know were wrong! Our garage door opener AND the door itself has never been this smooth!!! THANK YOU RANDALL!
They “serviced my garage door,” that ended up more broken than before. On the next two follow up calls, they did not even show up or call! BUYER BE WARE!!!! Awful experience.
