I visited Discount electronics today to purchase a replacement laptop. I wasgreeted immediatly by Eve. She was very pleasant and informed me of my option for a MacBook Pro. She displayed knowledge of the equipment (I am apple certified repair teech). I was very satisfied with the purchase and the customer experience provided. Visit the store and ask for Eve.
Mathayus and Eve at Discount Electronics were incredibly helpful and patient. Mathayus took the time to walk me through my options and helped me select the best laptop for my needs. Eve was equally greatshe made sure my docking station and remote work setup were working perfectly, trying multiple inputs to give me piece of mind that things were working before I left the store. Excellent service all around!

I called Discount Electronics and told **** what I wanted.. In a few minutes he called and said that he'd found what I was looking to buy. The next day I picked it up. It's exactly what I wanted (and a good price).
I purchased a repaired computer for $ 598 on 5/19/2025, and received it on 5/22/2025, and found it had a problem connecting to a monitor. I returned on 6/4/2025 within 2 weeks. The company refused to refund me any cash, instead offering a store credit of $468. I donot have any plan to buy additional products from them. They claimed they had a purchase agreement, but I never saw it and signed it.
