I needed a replacement for my **** Latitude laptop I had bought from Discount Electronics several years ago to get Window 11. Discount Electronics showed a sale online and I called Discount Electronic on ****** in ****** to see if any of those were on sale there. *** *. said there were and they were in the process of upgrading the batteries. Eve was a great help! I called prior to driving out to the store since it's about a ******************************************* finding what I needed. When I arrived to the store, she was quick to help me and really fun to talk to. She helped save the day for the dental practice I work for since the charger on our laptop that we need decided to give up. I'll definitely be returning for any future electronic needs for our office :)

I've been a customer of ********************** for years, and today added one more good experience. My computer wouldn't reboot, so I took it to Discount Electronics, and *** ***** diagnosed the problem, which was that it was pointed to the wrong location for loading the operating system. *** noted that a battery was low on power, so he replaced it, and corrected the startup settings to the proper drive.
