I purchased a repaired computer for $ 598 on 5/19/2025, and received it on 5/22/2025, and found it had a problem connecting to a monitor. I returned on 6/4/2025 within 2 weeks. The company refused to refund me any cash, instead offering a store credit of $468. I donot have any plan to buy additional products from them. They claimed they had a purchase agreement, but I never saw it and signed it. We went to Discount Electronics on a Saturday looking for help on a purchase for our new high school student . Terrible Experience, Beware!I had a horrible experience with Discount Electronics. I bought a **** laptop at a high price, and within two weeks it stopped working completely. It froze, then shut down and wouldnt turn back on.When I called customer service, the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been shopping at Discount Electronics for years. I just bought a new **** notebook for my live sound mixing setup. Eve helped me by reconfiguring the notebook I bought to the memory and storage specs I wanted. Great service.
