As in all of my transactions with Discount Electronics over the last 20+ years, *** went out of his way to help me solve my problem and ensure that I was satisfied. I will continue to do business with them every time I need hardware, accessories, or assistance.
Stopped in yesterday to check out the latest reconditioned PC hardware after enjoying a pizza break next door. Met *** ***** immediately and had his help looking for interesting new arrivals. He obviously enjoyed putting demos together and quickly had me interested in a bargain monitor and a high-end Xeon workstation (2 different applications). I wound up buying both. Right-priced products and enthusiastic, knowledgeable salespeople are an unbeatable combination!
Eve was super helpful, I was there to buy a docking station and she showed me the options and also hooked them up and tested it before it was sold to me. Thank you for your help.

Went in to update an old desktop and laptop. ******* was very helpful and patient. No pressure, just info. We are very happy with our purchases. I had a connection issue with my monitor and went back to the store where Eve solved the issue with an adapter. She also updated all the drivers and made sure all was in order.
