Walked into the ****** location with a ***** just to browse laptops for game dev work. Mathayos was friendly and super helpful, and showed us a great deal on a gaming laptop that we ended up purchasing pretty much on the spot. I'm extremely satisfied with the laptop so far!
*** is awesome. He always recognizes me when I come in and is quick to understand just what I need. This week I was having a frustrating issue with my Windows 11 laptop memory upgrade. He went through the entire upgrade process for me and identified the error as something that many other ********* users have experienced. He also installed additional memory on my laptop and did so very efficiently while helping numerous other customers as well. Thank you ***!

Both Eve and ****, from the ****** location, were a tremendous help. Not only did we get their full attention, but they helped me check my monitor and change out the battery and my daughter's laptop. We were in and out in no time! Plus the new look at the ****** location is very nice and welcoming!
