*** ***** at Discount Electronics went out of his way to help me with a simple repair though he didn't have too. 5 star service there! The repair was done quickly for a reasonable price and saved me lots of time, money, and consternation.
DE has provided an invaluable service, a computer parts store that can actually accomidate the electronics tinkers of ******. From having normal or obscure parts, they are one of the first people I turn to when I call a **** **** and need a part now.Their staff has always been knowledgeable, and is not typically known to agressively push an unwanted sale. I especially want to call out Mathayus, for his excellent ability to help me find the gear I actually need and not junk that might do what I need!
Eve at Discount Electronics was amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She was thorough, hooking everything up making sure it worked correctly, and wiping everything off again so it was super clean. And, she was just so nice.
