I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a breath of fresh air - *** **********. She was super engaging, knowledgeable and attentive. She was also amazingly proactive and fair minded as I ended up not needing a repair to my **** computer that had been purchased @Discount Electronics a bit over a year prior. I have bought at least four laptop computer and three monitors at Discount Electronics and this experience only reaffirms why I shop there (not to mention the excellent selection).

In May 2025 ***** ***** helped me find the best used desktop computer for my needs. He spent extra time with me in order to show me the start up times for two different computers I was considering for purchase. Of course, I chose the one that had the fastest processor. I recently bought a Cintiq at a great deal from Discount Electronics and had a fantastic experience. Eve, the employee who helped me, was knowledgeable and made the process easy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the product and return policy. I highly recommend this store.

Visited the ********************* location and was immediately met by ***. I was looking for a graduation gift for my grandson, and *** engaged with him to find exactly what he was looking for. We left with a terrific laptop, and a big smile on my grandson's face. I also found a great replacement for my own Windows 10 desktop. Smiles all around.

Eve was super helpful to me today - - needed a new computer with Windows 11 and with better RAM, storage and video card. She set me up with just the right pc that should last me for years! This is perhaps the 4th or 5th pc I've bought from Discount Electronics over the past 20 years or more. Love the store. Eve is a friendly and knowledgeable employee - so glad I called her.

*** ***** absolutely crushed my expectations for getting a refurbished computer. He looked up the specs I needed for the software as externals that I wanted to run. I felt like I was talking to a knowledgeable friend that had my best interests front and center. I highly suggest this place for your next computer purchase.
