I've purchased many computers from Discount Electronics and have been super happy! I purchased another yesterday and Eve was awesome! She took time out to explain upgrades and new features. She removed the bottom of the computer, inspected, and cleaned it before letting me go. Eve is nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and loves coffee!! I highly recommend asking for Eve at the ************************** office if you have any computer needs. Thank you Eve!
Eve did a fantastic job of assisting me in the purchase of my first laptop. I highly recommend everyone seeking her out at the ************ location of Discount Electronics. *** ***** at Discount Electronics immediately approached me as I entered the store and took me straight to a laptop I would end up buying about 30 mins later. He let me know that it was the last laptop available of a great discount deal going on. He helped me search information about that laptop while using the laptop itself. He was very friendly and also considered other laptops to me as well. However, that laptop had my attention from the get go and Im a very happy customer, thanks to ***!

Amazing effort by Patience, **** and **** to make me feel assured that an E-port wasn't going to work with my Laptop. Long story, but the gist of it that they sold me the E-port to enable my old laptop to display on two additional screens. When it didn't work as we had hoped they were incredibly thorough as they pulled out all the stops to get my laptop to play nice with the E-port.
