Terrible Experience, Beware!I had a horrible experience with Discount Electronics. I bought a **** laptop at a high price, and within two weeks it stopped working completely. It froze, then shut down and wouldnt turn back on.When I called customer service, the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused my request for a refund and wouldnt let me speak with a manager. She promised to send a replacement battery but never did. I have been shopping at Discount Electronics for years. I just bought a new **** notebook for my live sound mixing setup. Eve helped me by reconfiguring the notebook I bought to the memory and storage specs I wanted. Great service. Discount Electronics has provided me with great options for my business and personal use for years. I recommend them to anyone that wants to get a great computer at a great price.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a breath of fresh air - *** **********. She was super engaging, knowledgeable and attentive. She was also amazingly proactive and fair minded as I ended up not needing a repair to my **** computer that had been purchased @Discount Electronics a bit over a year prior. I have bought at least four laptop computer and three monitors at Discount Electronics and this experience only reaffirms why I shop there (not to mention the excellent selection).

In May 2025 ***** ***** helped me find the best used desktop computer for my needs. He spent extra time with me in order to show me the start up times for two different computers I was considering for purchase. Of course, I chose the one that had the fastest processor. He upgraded the computer I chose from 16GB to 32GB memory and from 550GB to 1TB of SSD. He made sure I had the correct cord to hook up my home monitor with the new desktop. Visited the ********************* location and was immediately met by ***. I was looking for a graduation gift for my grandson, and *** engaged with him to find exactly what he was looking for. We left with a terrific laptop, and a big smile on my grandson's face. I also found a great replacement for my own Windows 10 desktop. Smiles all around.
