I've been a Discount Electronics customer for several years. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I stopped in yesterday looking for a specialty audio adapter. Eve knew where it would be if they had it, and fortunately they did! (it was kind of a niche item, as Eve and I both acknowledged.) Also, we had a lovely, brief chat. That's pretty typical of my experiences at Discount Electronics: It's a great store with great people.

It is nice to have a brick and mortar place to go to and the employees are good to talk to for advice. In particular, Eve and ******. They are the names I recall since I've dealt with them the most.

I purchased computer 09/2024 it came with a 2 y2ar warranty, the computer suddenly stop working 04/2025 " no hard drive found". I reported this to customer service. They emailed me troubleshooting steps, they didn't work They also enclosed a return shipping address, but stated they I would have to pay for the shipping, but they would try to fix it and would pay for the shipping back to me. *** *. is a wonderful asset to Discount Electronics! She tracked down my order which had canceled due to a keying error Id made when placing it. She helped me place the order correctly and was pleasant, courteous and professional throughout. If Eve is an example of the great care I can expect after receiving my laptop, Im in good hands!

Eve was a very busy person on a Sunday. She was by herself and worked her way through the customers in a professional and systematic way, taking care of everyone in the order they came in without any confusion of who was next. There was four people in front of me and they were each taken care of and left looking satisfied as I was after she took care of me. She was very pleasant with me and was able to also cover phones calls in a professional at the same time she was making sure my concerns were taken care of.

******* is a fabulous employee. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, efficient and fast. He handled us, and four other customers that came in with various needs and questions. He never missed a step. He continued working on my computer while he expertly handled other clients. All of them purchased something from *******. *** G helped me, was with someone else but still acknowledged me when I walked in, he was very helpful, he found the problem after explain a little bit about the issues, we only get our company computers from them, and have never had a issues, so I was nervous going in, but *** put my mind at easy and took care of my issue. We will continue to support them, thanks again *** I appreciate your help.

Today, I walked into this new store and was graciously served. I found exactly what I needed, and *** took it one step further, taking the display to my car and loading it. I am disabled, which was the icing on the cakegreat personality, excellent selection, and above-and-beyond service.
