This was my third or fourth computer that I have purchased from Discount Electronics, so you know that I have had previous good experience. Drove to the ****** location. I walked into the front door and immediately *** ***** came up to me to see if I needed help. I explained that I needed both a plain laptop and a beefier desktop. *** found the laptop I needed quickly and showed me several choices for the desktop. I went in today with a frayed charging cable for my **** Laptop. *** ********** who had answered my phone call earlier in the day had the cable ready to go for me. She was professional, had a great personality/customer service. I will be coming back to this location in the future. Very positive experience.

I had been looking for a new laptop - small, lightweight, but reasonably powerful - and had been looking at Discount Electronics for a good quality refurbished one. I called Discount and spoke with Eve. She reviewed with me the ones in stock at the store and was very helpful. Later that morning, I went to the store and met with Eve to discuss my options.
