I needed a replacement for my **** Latitude laptop I had bought from Discount Electronics several years ago to get Window 11. Discount Electronics showed a sale online and I called Discount Electronic on ****** in ****** to see if any of those were on sale there. *** *. said there were and they were in the process of upgrading the batteries. Eve was a great help! I called prior to driving out to the store since it's about a ******************************************* finding what I needed. When I arrived to the store, she was quick to help me and really fun to talk to. She helped save the day for the dental practice I work for since the charger on our laptop that we need decided to give up. I'll definitely be returning for any future electronic needs for our office :)

I've been a customer of ********************** for years, and today added one more good experience. My computer wouldn't reboot, so I took it to Discount Electronics, and *** ***** diagnosed the problem, which was that it was pointed to the wrong location for loading the operating system. *** noted that a battery was low on power, so he replaced it, and corrected the startup settings to the proper drive. I've purchased many computers from Discount Electronics and have been super happy! I purchased another yesterday and Eve was awesome! She took time out to explain upgrades and new features. She removed the bottom of the computer, inspected, and cleaned it before letting me go. Eve is nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and loves coffee!! I highly recommend asking for Eve at the ************************** office if you have any computer needs. Thank you Eve!

Eve did a fantastic job of assisting me in the purchase of my first laptop. I highly recommend everyone seeking her out at the ************ location of Discount Electronics. She spent time walking me through the ins and out of laptops and the various applications I would need to get started. Her courtesy, professionalism, and sheer technical knowledge impressed me, and prompted me to spend quite a bit of money on my ****** laptop. Again, Eve is an asset to your company.
