*** ***** and Eve were both very helpful with getting me the items needed for desktop to work right ( wifi adapter, new mouse) with tips on how to update Windows. Also helped with questions about old hard drive had and how to extract files/photos saved there even after processor stopped working.- I am not the best at thinking ahead/saving files!
