I went in today with a frayed charging cable for my **** Laptop. *** ********** who had answered my phone call earlier in the day had the cable ready to go for me. She was professional, had a great personality/customer service. I will be coming back to this location in the future. Very positive experience.

I had been looking for a new laptop - small, lightweight, but reasonably powerful - and had been looking at Discount Electronics for a good quality refurbished one. I have recently had two excellent interactions with Discount Electronics in November-December.1. I purchased a **** computer via internet, and it arrived on time and well-packaged to avoid damage.2. Mr. *** ***** met me in the ********************* store this morning (Dec 2nd).
