I had a fantastic experience at Discount Electronics on Sunday, August 25th, thanks to the excellent service from **** *********, the store manager. I had placed an order for two refurbished PCs on Saturday, planning to pick them up the next day. When I called ahead to confirm they were ready, I learned that the warehouse was closed on Sundays, so we wouldn't be able to pick them up until Monday.We really needed the PCs by Sunday, so **** went above and beyond to help us out. I was incredibly satisfied with the service I received. ******* listened to what I needed and his recommendation was perfect. This tower is working just the way I needed and possess everything I needed right out the door. Again, ******* listened which should be just part of the job, but it has become rare.
************ were a big help for me. I called the store yesterday after having some issues getting my Mac to display on the ** monitor I bought. ****** stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes trying his best to solve the issue. He had me come in today to bring my Mac and test out cables. *** was in store and he got my screen working instantly! No fuss no muss! These guys are awesome. They steered me in the right direction and didnt play any games. 10/10 experience.
