**** G is a computer wizard !!! Ive spent hours trying to fix my second monitor and asking others and he fixed it in like 5m! While we waited for the updates he educated on the stores history which is a very nice clean and organized store. Will definitely be going back to him for all my computer needs !!
I am not sure the first review actually went so, I wanted to be sure that *************************** got credit for an excellent customer service experience. She helped me over the phone over 3 calls, going out of her way to go look at a laptop details and get an order placed. I had a lot of questions and she was always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great experience; great employee.

I went to the store on ********************* last Friday thinking I would be there for hours. Our current Windows 10 computers were not upgradeable to Windows 11 and Kaspersky is kaput, so new computers seemed the way to go.
