I called Discount Electronics at the ********************* location to check in on a potential monitor, and *** was exceedingly helpful, accommodating and friendly. He came through with the item I needed, and set it aside for pickup later in the day. When I arrived, he walked through the monitor and gave some very useful tips. Friendliness is often an underrated aspect of a retail business, and *** and the rest of the Discount Electronics team are always ready to greet folks with a smile.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with these folks. They always have fantastic prices and stand by the quality of their items - even used and refurbished models. I've returned three items over the last five years, and each time they were apologetic and quick to make it right with an instant replacement or an upgrade version.This week I purchases an item online (last one, great deal) only to learn it has been sold a few moments prior and the system didn't catch it.
