I had to return a purchase and **** was very helpful in assisting me in finding a satisfactory replacement computer. The other sales person also was very kind and friendly in answering my questions. Both made the transaction very pleasant and are excellent employees for the company.
I am totally helpless when it comes to computers. When my ten year old model quit I went to Discount Computers and met ***** He answered all my questions and those that my wife had. He did not try to sell us the most expensive computer or one that did not fit our needs. I am happy with the model he sold us and I am writing this review on it less than 4 hours from the sale.

I got lost on the way to the store. **** took the time to give me turn by turn directions. If that wasn't enough, the laptop I thought was trash only needed a new power plug. $39 and ten minutes later I was in my way. I fully expected to have to buy a new computer. It's nice to find honest people.

He helped me understand what programs and other factors that could be behind my computer's recent malady. He helped me remove a lot of extraneous programs that *** be be part of the problem but I certainly didn't need them.
