Wonderful experience with some very helpful staff members. *** walked me through the various pricing options and got my device setup and **** was helpful in answering other technical questions. I got a better deal than i was hoping for after the deal I went for was sold out. So glad I went into the store - lovely to have a meaningful human connection with well informed professionals.

I went to discount electronics north today for the first time. The store is very clean and organized. I was greeted by *** and ****. They took me directly to what I was looking for. Lucky for me that **** asked a few questions about the product I was searching for. He saved me a ton of time by getting me the correct cable I needed the first time. *** then got me the part quickly that I actually needed. Thanks for the great customer service!
