Great store and great service! I was assisted by *** at the ****** location, he answered all my questions from the start, helped me customize a tower PC that I found on the DE website in store, and matched the price too (in addition to a few upgrades). Then a few hours later I'm walking out the door with my PC in hand, all updated and ready to go from start up! Thanks so much!

I have had nothing but first-class experiences with the Discount Electronics staff and products. During a recent purchase experience, **********, took the time to help diagnose the "blue screen" issue I was experiencing with my laptop and helped me solidify my hunch that it was time to retire my current machine and upgrade. He presented me with options (repair vs upgrade); took his time with the diagnostics; and didn't assess a charge for his professional service. Who does that these days? I had a Mac mini I was trying to sell and didnt want to deal with the hassle of online resell. I found out about Discount Electronics and their sell to us option so I took a visit. In no time at all I was given a very fair quote for my item and a quick exchange, item for cash. As far as resell of slightly used electronics, this store is legit! My client was in a crunch and needed equipment today so we made an online order. Come to find out, after showing up at the ****** store there was a mistake and the order was sitting in their warehouse. *************************** (retail manager) steps in, professionally, and resolves the issue, gets everything resolved, and now my client and myself are grateful...tech problem resolved.
