I just took in an ancient and no longer running computer for recycling. *** pulled the hard drive and put it in an enclosure so that I could recover any data I needed to.Excellent service!

When my old laptop finally died, I was in no hurry to replace it. Sure, a laptop is essential in my life, if only for word processing, but I dreaded the thought of shopping for one. Me, an aging nearly illiterate ****** trying to converse with an impatient techie half my age? Yeah, right. But I chose to go to Discount Electronics, and ********** listened to me and my gibberish. It is ok for your internet services to respond quickly. But SMS is very slow w/o response for 3 days.Components need more specifications on the sale item such as: Wifi, Bluetooth, Windows 11 upgradable or compatible.... The system may include a keyboard and mouse to attract more customer Return is not your company's policy should read "store credit" only in the sale advertisement.So far, I am happy with everything besides the above recommendations.Thank you for your email and for returning the procedure Best regards,
