I'm a longtime customer of ********************************* retired an older **** and **** G transferred everything to one of their newer/faster/much larger capacity refurbished ****s...at a VERY reasonable price...It would not connect to my older Canon printer and they searched for and found a "patch" on the internet and saved me from buying another printer...just today I went back for help uploading photos from my **** camera and **** G walked me through the entire process...try getting that kind of support from any big b... read more
What a wonderful experience shopping at DE (the one on ****** **.) Eve made the experience extremely easy and answered my (sometimes naive) questions with patience and humor. Not only did Eve help me find just what I was looking for, but upgraded the storage on the laptop I bought while I waited next door. As a small business owner I don't have limitless funds to spend on equipment that needs constant replacement and I feel like I walked away with a great product at a very respectable price.
