Over 15 years I have bought maybe 8-10 computers from Discount Electronics. I am a repeat customer because of their good pricing and good service. ***************** was working the store on ****** by himself when I went in with a young friend who I wanted to buy a computer for. *** took good care of us, and my young friend selected a nice HP laptop. Big thumbs up. ****

I walked in to get a charging cable for my iPhone and was greeted by *** ***** right away. He introduced himself and showed me some specials around the store. I remembered that my daughter needed a computer. *** showed me different options and picked out the very best for my daughter. While checking out I noticed he answered the phone after it rung 2 times. He answered the phone politely and placed the person on hold. He continued to check me out and I was very pleased with my purchase.

I got great help from the staff at Discount Electronics! I went to two different locations to find the laptop that I was looking for and got awesome service from **** at the ************ location and ******* from the ********** location. They were willing and kind when answering questions, helping me search in-store product, and eventually finding the perfect laptop.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Electronics on Sunday, August 25th, thanks to the excellent service from **** *********, the store manager. I had placed an order for two refurbished PCs on Saturday, planning to pick them up the next day. When I called ahead to confirm they were ready, I learned that the warehouse was closed on Sundays, so we wouldn't be able to pick them up until Monday.We really needed the PCs by Sunday, so **** went above and beyond to help us out. ************ were a big help for me. I called the store yesterday after having some issues getting my Mac to display on the ** monitor I bought. ****** stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes trying his best to solve the issue. He had me come in today to bring my Mac and test out cables. *** was in store and he got my screen working instantly! No fuss no muss! These guys are awesome. They steered me in the right direction and didnt play any games. 10/10 experience.
