Such a delight to do business with a company with a staff that acts like they appreciate your a business. I managed to mess up the laptop that I had bought two weeks ago. I stopped by the store and ***************** greeted me and asked how he could be of help. I told him the problem and he immediately took the laptop to a bench to see what it was doing. ******* in customer service went above and beyond in helping me with an order that I had mistakenly made for a refurbished laptop computer. A couple of days after I had ordered the laptop I realized that I it was not the one that I thought I had ordered. When I explained the situation to *******, she found the one that I actually intended to order, put it off to the side so it would not be sold and said when the original shipment arrives just send it back "return to sender" and we will ship the one that you wanted. It was a long journey, but it ended up good.I took an HP laptop to just install a second *** card. The computer was not treated carefully and after the installation, it wasn't connecting to internet. Then after several changes it ended up connecting but the signal was too low and/or disconnecting. After 3 visits to the store I went back asking to remove the *** card and make me a refund.
