Discount Electronics / ********** was a huge help to me today. My ** laptop stopped loading upon startup, and I needed it fixed quickly because I have two fantasy baseball drafts coming up in the next several days. NO stars for these Scam Artists. I ordered and paid for a computer. It had no operating system on it, and could not even be activated. It was obviously a dead computer, boxed up and sold fraudulently. I called and e-mailed te supplier, of course. There has been absolutely NO response. I not only had my credit card charges reversed, because I demanded it from my bank, but I have reportend this as two formal complaints to ***************** and the State of ********** Consumer Fraud Divisions. Very Impressed.I ordered a **** rugged tablet with a docking station. One of the docking stations was damaged.The tablets arrived in superb condition. Discount Electronics promptly placed an order for a new docking station.

They held my money for 3 weeks. Sent me a broken computer **** E64 I sent it back had to wait over another week for them to tell me they don't have the same computer. I have pictures of it still for sale online on their site. I'm sending copies of this to ALL THE PROPER PEOPLE ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO

Ordered a used laptop from them. It came with a broken shift key, so I sent it back for a replacement. I called to ask when a replacement would be shipped, and ******* said they would send it out that day since they had confirmation that I had shipped the broken laptop I had received. She also said she would email tracking info, which I never received. Called back a week later to find it still hadn't been shipped. The new rep said they don't cross-ship replacement laptops. They advertised a pallet from Amazon of products never picked up and just pay $6.89 for shipping. Supposed to get within 5-7 days. Never got here. Now they are trying to take $68.99 off my credit card. Good thing I blocked it. Been calling them for a week and can't get through. Horrible company. They are a scam. Don't fall for it.

I don't know how the in-store service is, I live out of state, so have to purchase online. I have been very dissatisfied with their customer service. Anytime you call there is never anyone able to answer. Sent email, left voicemail and there is still no response. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. I purchase a wireless keyboard/mouse combination and they came quickly, however, both were left on with the batteries inside. I can't get them to work with my pc or laptop. I have purchased several **** Latitude and an Inspiron laptop from Discountelectronics.com. I have gotten quality products from every purchase. I dont understand all of the complaints I see on this site. When you purchase a new computer from a retail store you still have to set it up and activate the machine. The computers from Discount Electronics are in a reset state, just like a new system. It has to be setup and activated by the consumer end user. These guys are a scam....I ordered something, received it, wasn't what I needed and returned it.Now they won't refund my money or cancel a payment plan.
