Just received my used laptop **** Latitude. All scratched no problem, I was expecting sense its used but, they try to make it better by covering around the keyboard with vinyl and forgot to cover half of it leaving just a glue, also the vinyl film very poor installation with bubbles, horrible job Better to leave the original surface. Dont recommend, paid $450. Deeply regret buying it. One star because cant leave none.

They are a scam. Cancelled my account multiple times over email. Call and Cancelled. They refunded my money, then took it out again 3 days later.

They stole my credit card number and made $700 in unauthorized charges! Not only are their computers trash, they will steal your credit card information! Run! Lets put them out of business!

Internet sales. sent me an email telling me the item is out of stock and they want to substitute the item but the substitute does not meet my specs. Cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel the order. Call like 5 times. Will keep trying.

I ordered a 36162-rmx-ao1 that was supposed to be new. The part was so obviously old and had been cleaned. Completely scraped up all over, look like numbers had been filed off the side. Unit was in poor condition for new or and refurbished I'm extremely disappointed in being lied to and trying to be deceived. Putting a couple stickers on a box and putting the part in a plastic bag is not constituting new part

THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They make you think you are getting a high quality, rebuilt machine when in reality you are getting junk. They prey on the novice computer consumers and old people. You can buy what ever it is they have, brand new, online, delivered to your home or office and get a real warranty for less money. Really surprised by the low star reviews here... I have only had amazing experiences with them and I've used them for almost 10 years. In particular, I received stellar service here the other day. I took in my work device, desperate for some guidance. I just walked in, no appointment or anything and at first Tim informed me the repair shop was closed until they move to their new location - but then he generously took a look at my pc and figured out what was wrong in a matter of minutes! Discount Electronics sold me an old computer that obviously was not "refurbished" and was not working properly when it left their facility. They then charge you a "restocking" fee and only offer store credit. What an utter scam. Do not buy anything from them. They do not even deserve a sigle star. I then purchase a refurbished computer from *******and it is great. Pray for this person(s). May God change their hearts.
