I've been buying from Discount Electronics since 2019 and have been very happy with not only the quality of the computers but the service has been good too. I've read some of the complaints and don't agree with most of what they have said.When there has been a problem they have been helpful in the replacement in either sending me the part or shipping back a computer. These guys do a great job every time. I am a bit older and not very computer savvy. Every time I have needed help Broughn or one of the customer support reps is able to sort it out over the phone. There aren't many companies left like this. I don't know where I was calling but they were definitely from the US.

As a thirty-year CAD user and IT tech at my various workplaces, I've purchased many workstations/laptops/monitors/batteries/etc. over my career. Those purchases have always been from Discount Electronics here in ******. The reason is that they nearly always have high-performing gear at fantastic prices. Have I ever had a failure on a purchased item? Sure, but they resolved the issues promptly at no cost. Two examples: the first was a **** M4800 whose motherboard failed after three days.
