Had issues with laptop we purchased, but we were able to exchange for another unit. Although somewhat frustrating, with Eve's help (@ ************ location), we were ultimately happy with the outcome.
I had a refreshing customer service experience working with Eve. She was warm and helpful. I'll definitely be back if I have any more issues down the road.

Discount Electronics has the best and most reasonably priced computer gear in the ****** area. *** ***** at the ********************* location was the most helpful sales person I've dealt with in a long time. He gave me several options for what I wanted without being pushy or trying to upsell. Got a great laptop and monitor at a great price. Will go back again when it's time for more computer gear.

Eve was SUPER helpful with getting me a cable for my old iPod 7th gen. *** knew exactly what I was looking for and was eager to see if my iPod still worked and sure enough it did! I'll be sure to ask for her next time I go in! Awesome experience!
