He let me know that it was the last laptop available of a great discount deal going on. He helped me search information about that laptop while using the laptop itself. Amazing effort by Patience, **** and **** to make me feel assured that an E-port wasn't going to work with my Laptop. Long story, but the gist of it that they sold me the E-port to enable my old laptop to display on two additional screens. When it didn't work as we had hoped they were incredibly thorough as they pulled out all the stops to get my laptop to play nice with the E-port. He put down what he was working on and with adequate explanation walked through the diagnostics. Then he verified the results and made sure all was working well.
