I went to see if the laptop I dropped could be repair but as I suspected, fixing a broken hinge was not affordably repairable. *** ********** was fantastic! She helped me pick out a replacement that will be what I need for now and the forseeable future. Eve listened to my requirements and had great suggestions. She helped me buy what I needed not what they wanted to sell. ***** ***!
I needed a faster notebook PC with at least 16 Gb of RAM and a Solid State disk. Eve offered several choices that suited my technical requirements and budget, and she also quoted a good price for upgrading RAM and disk beyond what was currently on the computer. I'm very pleased with the ****** T-590 I purchased, and plan to speak with her again about upgrading another PC I have that needs a performance boost. It was a pleasure to do business with her.
