Went in to update an old desktop and laptop. ******* was very helpful and patient. No pressure, just info. We are very happy with our purchases. I had a connection issue with my monitor and went back to the store where Eve solved the issue with an adapter. She also updated all the drivers and made sure all was in order.

My 95-year-old father's computer finally died. I called DE and spoke with *******. I told ******* exactly the challenges and the needs that my father would need for a new computer (to play Airplane games, which require a big graphics card). I loved the selection of PCs and Laptops. It's not huge by any means, but it's QUALITY items. The discount on some of the builds I saw were INSANE! Eve was super friendly and helpful. Answered every question I had without beating around the **** and clearly knew what she was talking about about. Clone her if you can. If not, a raise should suffice. She deserves it.
