*** ***** and Eve were both very helpful with getting me the items needed for desktop to work right ( wifi adapter, new mouse) with tips on how to update Windows. Also helped with questions about old hard drive had and how to extract files/photos saved there even after processor stopped working.- I am not the best at thinking ahead/saving files! *** and ****** were both excellent at the ****** Location! They helped my wife and I find out desired computer equipment, checked it all very thoroughly, and updated all software and firmware to prevent extra work on the customer end. Really a great establishment and wonderful employees!
Sometimes it is just better to go into the store. My 6 year old laptop has served me well, but it isn't able to keep up anymore.
